Spectra Series – Advanced Auto Video Measurement System for Precision Inspection
The Spectra Series is a top-tier line of fully automatic video measurement machines designed for precise 2D dimensional inspection. Built on a stable granite base and bridge-type structure, it ensures exceptional measurement accuracy even for large or heavy workpieces.
Equipped with a high-resolution GIGE camera (up to 2.0MP), motorized zoom lens, and a powerful 7-ring 8-division programmable LED illumination system, the Spectra Series delivers outstanding visibility of edges and fine features—minimizing glare, shadowing, and distortion.
Whether you’re inspecting flat parts like glass covers or complex 3D geometries in mold components, the Spectra Series ensures consistent performance. The system integrates Inspect C software with features such as CAD export (DXF/DWG), geometric tolerance calculation, batch part measurement, and easy navigation for complex shapes.
Designed for high-speed operation (up to 400mm/sec) and magnification up to 250X, the Spectra Series suits demanding industries such as electronics, mold & die, CNC, and automotive. With available sizes ranging from 300×200mm to 1600×2600mm, it offers a scalable solution for various metrology needs—all with reliable, repeatable, and automated performance.
