Nimbus Series – Fully Auto Video Measuring Machine for Precision Inspection
The Nimbus Series by HansVue is a high-performance automatic video measurement system designed for precision and efficiency in metrology applications. Built with a vibration-dampening granite base and pillar, the system ensures structural stability and accuracy across all measurements.
Ideal for both small and large components, the Nimbus Series supports a range of models with XY measurement areas from 300×200 mm up to 1600×2600 mm, making it suitable for electronics, automotive parts, mold inserts, and more.
It features a motorized high-resolution zoom lens with one-time pixel correction, eliminating the need for recalibration during zoom operations. Combined with a GIGE high-speed camera and programmable 3-ring 8-division LED illumination, it adapts intelligently to different surface characteristics for accurate edge detection.
The integrated Inspect C software streamlines complex measurements with an intuitive interface, geometric tolerance calculation, CAD export, and batch inspection capabilities. With programmable lighting, automatic measurement sequencing, and optional laser/displacement/touch probes, the Nimbus Series enhances throughput while maintaining top-tier measurement precision.
