DESCRIPTION
The ZEISS PRISMO Verity is a high-precision bridge-type coordinate measuring machine (CMM) designed for exceptional accuracy and reliable, reproducible measurements. With a length measurement error from 0.7 + L/400 µm, it is ideal for applications requiring high-precision inspection and is suitable for class 3 measuring rooms according to VDI/VDE 2627 standards.
Equipped with the ZEISS VAST Performance package and multi-application probe system (ZEISS mass), PRISMO Verity supports both tactile and optional optical probes, including ZEISS ROTOS (roughness) and ZEISS LineScan (optical) sensors. Computer-Aided Accuracy (CAA) compensates for static and dynamic influences, maintaining precision even during high-speed scanning. High-resolution ZERODUR® scales with 80 nm resolution provide excellent thermal stability, while the rigid bridge and base design ensures vibration resistance and long-term durability.
Energy-efficient features such as the C99m controller, PowerSaver, and AirSaver reduce power consumption and support sustainable operation. Safety innovations, including adjustable side panels and safety laser scanners, protect operators without slowing measurement. Productivity is enhanced with scanning speeds up to 300 mm/s and the optional ZEISS VAST Rotary Table Axis (ZVRA), which reduces rotary table axis definition time by 80%.
